Resend Customer OTP

Re-triggers BVN validation and issues a fresh OTP for a customer who hasn’t completed Generate Customer Account yet. Fails if the customer already has a dedicated account, or has no prior BVN/KYC record.

Behaviour notes

  • Re-runs BVN validation with the provider, which sends a new OTP, and replaces the customer’s KYC record. data is the new KYC verification record.
  • A missing customerId returns 401 (not 400) with all fields required.
