Fetch a Customer's Single Transaction

Fetch one transaction belonging to one customer.

Path parameters: customer (customer ID) and transactionId (transaction id), both required.

Behaviour notes: A transaction that doesn’t exist, or doesn’t belong to that customer, returns 200 with "data": null, not 404.
