# Payout Failed (PAYOUT)

POST 

Sent when the bank definitively rejects a payout. **The amount and fee have already been refunded** to your settlement balance when you receive this.

`data.narration` carries the bank's reason. Same fields as **Payout Succeeded**, with `status` = `failed`.
