# Fetch Card Details

GET https://shimi-waas-api-9493532b9281.herokuapp.com/api/v1/card/get-card/{cardId}

Fetch a card's current details and status.

**Path:** `cardId` (string, required) — the `cardId` from **Generate Card**.

Returns the stored card record only (no balance, no full PAN/CVV — use **Generate Card Token** for secure display). `providerCardId` is the card-issuer's internal ID. `updatedAt` may be `null`.

> All errors from this folder use `{ "status": "error", "message": "..." }` and are returned as **HTTP 400** (including "Card not found" — there is no 404). Success bodies use `status: "success"` (not `success: true` like the VTU endpoints).
